Summer Loving

If you’re feeling anything like I do, the summer can’t come fast enough. It’s been a fantastic year so far and now I’m looking forward to the long, bright days where the sun sets slowly and lazily deep into the warm evenings. I can practically taste the crisp glass of rosé!

This glorious summer feeling has been boosted even further by madebywave's participation in the latest installment of A Luxe Story Resort. I’m showcasing my gorgeous handcrafted beach bags and beaded tassel charms at the pop-up in London’s Notting Hill and happy to announce that madebywave is returning to leafy Hampstead on 17 June-2 July.

It’s so inspiring to be showcasing among a range of talented independent designers all with the same vision as madebywave - to support small business and ethical craftsmanship while creating stunning, versatile and high-quality products.

I can’t help but notice how beautifully many of these products would fit with the madebywave collections to create a stunning summer wardrobe. Every piece would look just as exquisite on the streets of London as it would in tropical far-flung landscapes.

Summer Style

I adore the luxury swimwear from Alexandra Miro as well as the ballerina flats from Taylor Blake whose footwear is handmade in Spain using finely spun flax plant fibres knitted intro intricate layers. The range of beautiful, breezy linen essentials from Ille de Cocos are also on point and Louise Korner's graceful womenswear designs are truly out of this world.
