Making Waves and Making Friends
June has been another busy month at madebywave HQ as the brand journey continues in all its glory! In the past month, I've been spending time at A Luxe Story pop up and met some great new people – customers, buyers, designers and bloggers.
It was actually at a pop up a few months ago that I met the lovely Chrissabella for the first time. This German-born, London-based blogger has a 34,000-strong following on Instagram and her breezy, stylish vibes fit perfectly in line with the wanderlust, exotic flavours of madebywave.
Straw Sensations
Chrissabella recently travelled to Tuscany, carrying all her summer essentials in the Cotswolds Beach Bag from my collection. In her own words, “Basket and Straw bags are all the craze at the moment but I've been after a good quality one that will last many summers to come and this light-weight, handmade straw bag ticks all the boxes!”

June has been all about the collaborations, as I've also seen luxury swimwear maven Alexandra Miro take the madebywave red straw bag on her travels to Ibiza. The Aztec Red clutch looked beautiful with her summer style set in smooth black and white with passionate red and straw accents.
Alexandra rocked the clutch at a summer wedding on the island, offering the perfect example of how the madebywave bags can be used to dress up or dress down a gorgeous summer outfit.
